AGENDA
1) Call Meeting to Order.
• Pledge of Allegiance to the American and Texas Flags.
• Invocation.
2) Open Forum.
Opportunity for members and citizens to address the GCTAC, the governing body of the district.
Should citizen comments include complaints or charges against a GCRPC officer, employee, or contractor, the committee may adjourn to a closed meeting, under Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, to hear such complaints or charges. This closed meeting may occur at any point during the meeting.
3) Consent Agenda.
All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the GCRTD – GCTAC and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Committee Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered after the remainder of the consent agenda.
A. Review and consider acceptance of the Monthly Financial Statement covering September–November 2025.
B. Review and consider acceptance of meeting minutes from September 26, 2025, GCTAC Meeting.
Introduction of the consultant for the 5-Year Regional Public Transportation Coordination Plan.

The government body may go into closed meeting as authorized by V.T.C.A. Government Code, Chapter 551, sub-chapter D, as provided in the notice of this meeting. The following items may be discussed in a closed meeting:
A. Seek the advice of the attorney for the governmental body on matters that are protected by the attorney/client privilege.
B. Discussion of personnel matters.
