AGENDA

1) Call Meeting to Order.
• Pledge of Allegiance to the American and Texas Flags.
• Invocation.

2) Open Forum.
Opportunity for members and citizens to address the GCTAC, the governing body of the district.
Should citizen comments include complaints or charges against a GCRPC officer, employee, or contractor, the committee may adjourn to a closed meeting, under Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, to hear such complaints or charges. This closed meeting may occur at any point during the meeting.

3) Consent Agenda.
All consent agenda items listed are considered routine by the GCRTD – GCTAC and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Committee Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered after the remainder of the consent agenda.

1. Seek the advice of the attorney for the governmental body on matters that are protected by the attorney/client privilege.
2. Discussion of personnel matters.
3. Deliberation, evaluation, and scoring of proposals submitted in response to RFP #1-2026 – Contract Transit Services for Calhoun County.
