TxCDBG staff will be conducting a Grant Kick-Off Meeting on December 20th, 2023 at 2 – 4PM, graciously hosted by our Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission at their office in Victoria, Texas. This meeting is for recipients of 2023 TxCDBG grants and will serve as a required pre-award training session. Additionally, TDA staff will review draft grant agreement language with your community’s representative(s) to ensure accuracy and address any questions/concerns.

Please ensure at least one representative from your community will be in attendance. (If schedule conflicts arise, please reach out directly for further instruction.) We encourage members of the grant recipient’s Project Team, such as administrators or engineers, to attend this meeting but participation is not mandatory.
