Consent for Medical Treatment of a Minor For Non-US Citizens: Upon registration, non-U.S. citizens will be screened by the TEEX Export Control Office Enrolling in a DHS/FEMA-funded course, you must also complete a DHS Foreign National Screening Request Form and obtain secondary approval through the NERRTC Office to attend the training. You will be contacted by a member of TEEX Staff with your next steps to complete the forms. DHS/FEMA approval process for Non-US Citizens takes 45 days, therefore if you enroll into a class within 45 days of the start date you will not be able to attend the course. |
